What I would love is to enable the future cars with a technology that lets the cars float on air just a little above the surface level and still make it drivable in case there is low fuel. Maybe this can be helpful?🤔
There can be solutions to the problems you have mentioned. From my point of view solution for “what if the car gets a prob in mid air” is that the company should be having enough sensors which can create warning signals for the pilots and since they are trained they will be knowing how to handle the situation BUT anyways there should be infrastructure created for flying cars like tall towers can be called as Autoair station where the cars can fill up the petrol again and if there’s any issue they can get a technician over there to resolve it, the towers should be placed 30-40km (not sure about the distance) apart from each other. These towers may also solve issue of traffic signals for the flying cars. This is just my perception so it can be wrong also. Noise pollution will be an issue unless we get enough tech to reduce the engine noise and govt regulations again no clue. 🙈
The problem with Tesla is that they have only level 2 autonomy, fully autonomous cars require at least level 4.(Musk has been promising level 4 autonomy forever like Modi promising 5 trillion dollar economy). Also people who say self driving cars are completely safe now ignore the sensor issues, low visibility driving issues and the ethical issues of who should be sued for accidents.
Flying cars can never become mainstream. The emergency response in aviation is so complex that >50% will not be able to pass the training. This is just a helicopter in disguise.

i think that Jetson's Drone Car is Efficient cuz it won't go so high so that if it falls (due to any problem) it can crash land safely like from 5ft or something like that. the may cost much cheaper than that aeroplane car, it does not require a proper pilot's licence so that any 18+ having a local driver's licence can ride it but their might be some restrictions like a drone that it may not be allowed to fly in or near aerostrips or miliatry bases, secondly we need to ensure the security that idf any kid doing saste nashe came near the working blade and go hit by the blade so it may cause some real trouble and if we cover it with net so we may not get enough air flow to take it off
Well in my opinion there will always be different group of customers for different range of products. It is quite difficult to say that a product won't succeed for just being costly.
Great video! Very informative as usual.. The worst part of the flying cars would be the safety of people and the traffic control mid air. If something goes wrong mid air, and the cars start dropping on people's heads, or on buildings, bridges, roads, it can be so much more fatal.
i agreed with musk's perception. Exactly ese hi thodi fly krva sakte hai thousands of cars, there will be a proper way and signaling system too. and cost to theek hai jese jese or companies manufacture mai aegi to cost reduction bhi ho jaega or flow of monery bhi obiously mai bhi increments dekhne ko milenge. but major problem in india is cables and poles of electricity and internet.
I don't like the idea of flying cars But it can be extremely useful if it's only used by hospitals , police and other emergency services It's can save lives of thousands of people And we can have special pilots to drive them and a seperate control centre to manage them and their flying route to minimise danger of in air collision !!
Btw flying is safest mode of transportation If we focus too much on it's negative side there can't be any new innovations in future And i already Said we need to have a control centre to avoid them as much as possible , just like we have one for commercial airlines
I want to live in a world where you can travel from your house to college in a flying car,Amazon deliveries will be done by drones ,shopping will be done in the metaverse, transactions will be done using crypto currency and we can travel the entire world, play sports and immersive games using VR.I want all these technologies to come in the market before I grow old,so that I get to have fun.
Its very interesting to see revolutions. In fact I believe Jetson One drone makes more sense that it can be used not only for fun but during disasters or example of pandemic for medical supplies etc without any additional infrastructures. But flying car will require a runway that means hmm I should land at Airport then drive home :) or Govt should provide multiple runway at every city with a traffic control tower :)
Thankyou dhruv for talking on such interesting and innovative topic. I think for research and innovation purpose its OKay that we should know its possible for our scientists and engineers. But practically it's not a successful thing, bcz there is lots of challenges in it.
In the creator era, no one wants to do just one thing. People like to experiment and build portfolio careers as this is what gives them the creative freedom to explore new projects and take some risks which is always thrilling.
This is the problem of cars in general A flying car doesn't add any extra danger here😂 A car on road can also run into your windows and say sorry my brakes were failed
flying cars still cannot be sold to regular public because their is a difference since planes are flown by big companies they plan everything and fuel is filled according the journey but normal people won't have any idea how much they need and there will be many crashes due to that

WELL SAID BUT NOT ALL TRUE.. challenges of flying machines are not so much difficult as you described, powerful electric motors, small portable jet-engines, even combustion engines are made efficient, lightweight and cheap to make flying machines, the fact which you can realize by the amount of flying toys and drones/planes seen these days. so the technology is not lagging! scaling up these machines can make personal flying machine. So many interesting technology can be seen in youtube, flying jetpacks, powered paragliding/wingsuit, vertical lift small aeroplanes, man lifting drones, 4 seaters plane with emergency parachute, etc. also flying is said to be easier than driving, its open air, u can have take so many routes, being in air is risker but the technique to control is easier. no wonder most aeroplanes are auto-piloted these days the SINGLE REASON why personal flying machines has been unsuccessful is the SECURITY ISSUE! flying machines need to be very regulated, if everybody flies in their suit and machines, the complexity of controlling and monitoring people would be infinite. Smuggling, peddling, terrorism would be at the highest scale. The amount of radar systems and defense systems required would be endless. inter-state and inter-country security/transportation control will be mess. so, even on decades away in future, personal flying may be still a far fetched dream, A fancy demonstration projects but always a Threat!!

Great video! Very informative as usual.. The worst part of the flying cars would be the safety of people and the traffic control mid air. If something goes wrong mid air, and the cars start dropping on people's heads, or on buildings, bridges, roads, it can be so much more fatal.
His ability to analyse a situation and to debate on it is excellent 🤑😃😄
i agreed with musk's perception.
I don't like the idea of flying cars
But it can be extremely useful if it's only used by hospitals , police and other emergency services
It's can save lives of thousands of people
And we can have special pilots to drive them and a seperate control centre to manage them and their flying route to minimise danger of in air collision !!
But then it will be only used by corrupt politicians, rich people but not ambulance
I don't think it's a good idea, what if this car crash on a busy street, it will do more harm than good
Btw flying is safest mode of transportation
If we focus too much on it's negative side there can't be any new innovations in future
And i already Said we need to have a control centre to avoid them as much as possible , just like we have one for commercial airlines
Idk why but my day suddenly becomes awesome whenever I see Zaira Khan as the researcher of Dhruv brains videos!!
Cool 😘😘🤗
You got a really valid point here ✌️
Exactly
Drone is the future coz it can take off/ hower /land at any spot. Plus unmanned automatic is really easily controllable.
Right,Even for military purpose jetson's Aircar can be used with no extra infrastructure.
Thankyou dhruv for talking on such interesting and innovative topic.
I think for research and innovation purpose its OKay that we should know its possible for our scientists and engineers.
But practically it's not a successful thing, bcz there is lots of challenges in it.
Respected sir, please make a video on HYPERFUND.
In the creator era, no one wants to do just one thing. People like to experiment and build portfolio careers as this is what gives them the creative freedom to explore new projects and take some risks which is always thrilling.
Imagine you are having a tea in your living room & suddenly a car crashes into you window
He, is being like sorry my brakes were failed
😂 that can happen with a normal on road car too
This is the problem of cars in general
A flying car doesn't add any extra danger here😂
A car on road can also run into your windows and say sorry my brakes were failed
Really was a very funny episode. Loved it from the beginning to the end. Great work Dhruv.
Jai Hind.
flying cars still cannot be sold to regular public because their is a difference since planes are flown by big companies they plan everything and fuel is filled according the journey but normal people won't have any idea how much they need and there will be many crashes due to that
Kk
It's so simple their will be minimum petrol then only it can fly if not it can run as car
If we have flying cars in India, politicians will be worried how they will make money on road corruption.
😂😂
Hm?

Dhruv raised a very sensible point at the end.. the point is.. what is the need of these flying cars??
Already we have so many means of transport.. Elon Musk rightly said, it is a waste of time and resources
I think it will be helpful only if we use it for enjoying 💯
It cannot be used as an emergency service vehicle...if it needs a runway.
Helicopters are more reliable and efficient in emergency cases.
I really appreciate your work one of sane and informative voice in the world Love From 🇵🇰
I'm also Pakistani, I'm also big fan of Sir Dhruv but which is your region, I belongs to larkana Sindh.

Just keep it up bro
I Had seen flying car already
In Motu Patlu..(Dr . Jatka's car)
In Doremon..(nobita's future)
I like your videos based on science, technology and future very most , plz keep releasing such topics more and more
Your videos are so informative ✨❤️
WELL SAID BUT NOT ALL TRUE..
challenges of flying machines are not so much difficult as you described,
powerful electric motors, small portable jet-engines, even combustion engines are made efficient, lightweight and cheap to make flying machines, the fact which you can realize by the amount of flying toys and drones/planes seen these days. so the technology is not lagging! scaling up these machines can make personal flying machine.
So many interesting technology can be seen in youtube, flying jetpacks, powered paragliding/wingsuit, vertical lift small aeroplanes, man lifting drones, 4 seaters plane with emergency parachute, etc.
also flying is said to be easier than driving, its open air, u can have take so many routes, being in air is risker but the technique to control is easier. no wonder most aeroplanes are auto-piloted these days
the SINGLE REASON why personal flying machines has been unsuccessful is the SECURITY ISSUE! flying machines need to be very regulated, if everybody flies in their suit and machines, the complexity of controlling and monitoring people would be infinite. Smuggling, peddling, terrorism would be at the highest scale. The amount of radar systems and defense systems required would be endless. inter-state and inter-country security/transportation control will be mess.
so, even on decades away in future, personal flying may be still a far fetched dream, A fancy demonstration projects but always a Threat!!
that's what i m thinking rn
Unbelievable .....yr carry video dekha tha to usme alag sa view ban gya tha apke liye dhruv bhaiya but but ....kuch week se regular dekhne ke baad you are amazing ...and right guides and sahi vision kuch hi log dikhate hai 😊
I laughed so hard when he touched to the disadvantages part of flying cars😂...they literally make sense..
Always provide us great content 🥰🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
these are for fun purposes. if we use them in non populated areas , such as a large jungle, artificial forests, so they will be convenient for FUN purposes.
informative video thank you but you forget to mention time loss and pollution due to high traffic jam in metros and cities
The car had petrol but not the airplane lmao 😂😂😂 what was he thinking!!
It can use as ambulance, water supply for fire extinguisher, can use in emergency.... Govt should purchase it.
